Description
This beautiful 1961 Beetle was shipped to Peru as a new car at the time. The original owner emigrated to Spain in later years and so the Beetle was shipped to Spain with him. There it was bought by the father of a good customer who had retired to Spain and always dreamed of driving an old Beetle.
He then had the car completely restored. The body was removed from the floor and everything was rebuilt. The original engine was removed, overhauled and reinstalled. The interior was also completely overhauled and an Alcantara headliner was put in.
Unfortunately, he was unable to see the result of this beautiful restoration live as he passed away before it was completed.
The heir would be pleased if this beautiful piece would come into good, new and above all faithful hands.
