S-Class from the first owner in the first paint with only 56,000 km!
The S-Class of the W 126 series is a milestone in automotive history. The very first examples were delivered to customers in December 1979. The demand was so large at that time that at the beginning the delivery time amounted to approximately two years. Customers from abroad had to wait even longer. This fantastic example is one of the very first examples that were produced. According to the maintenance booklet, it left the Sindelfingen plant on March 21 and was delivered to the Mercedes-Benz branch in Augsburg.
However, this vehicle was not ordered by a gentleman from Bavaria, but by Mr. V. from Modena. In Italy, at that time, the waiting time was so high that the local Mercedes dealer in Modena advised the customer to order the vehicle from a dealer in Germany. No sooner said than done and the car was delivered to Modena in April 1980. Mr. V. took over the car and it was immediately clear to him that he did not want to give it away. This is exactly what happened, he drove this car until his old age. All in all, however, only very rarely, since he soon acquired another vehicle for everyday use. Until today the car has run only about 56.000 km. The velour interior looks as it did on the first day and the original paint is also in exceptionally good condition. The complete original folder is present - with service booklet, manual and documents for the original Becker radio. Not to believe that this vehicle is already 42 years old.
Who is interested in a truly exceptional S - class, in absolute original condition, comes to this copy not past!
