The Flavia was still a real Lancia, in legendary (comparable with Mercedes) quality at that time. A real upper class vehicle. The doors drop into the lock easily and smoothly, like a safe. The engine runs silky smooth. Overall, one is amazed at how smoothly and comfortably this car drives. Everything seems to have been milled from the solid. The Flavia has several nice details, like the original curtains in the rear. There were little lights in the doors back then that turn on when opened. Original wind deflectors on the front windows, so that there is no draught on the head when the window is open. At that time already with dual circuit brake system, brake booster and four disc brakes. One of the first cars to have these elaborate brakes. This Flavia is still partially in its original paint and has never seen a welder. The current owner had quite a bit replaced on the car in 2018 and 2020. Including all worn parts in the transmission and engine, all seals, gaskets, fits, synchro rings, hoses and lines were replaced or repaired. In the interior, the entire carpet was replaced. In the course of this, the vehicle floor inside was reconditioned and repainted. All invoices and photos of the work are available and can be viewed with the car in our showroom.
