Coupe with logbook in great condition!
There was the classic four-door saloon with notchback, a five-door estate version with the traditional model designation "Turnier" and a two-door called "Fastback" with an elegant, sporty coupé look. As this did not seem to convince customers, a two-door saloon was added the following year and the Fastback was finally allowed to out itself and be called what it really was: a Granada Coupé.
However, despite all efforts, the Granada in particular was recognized more in England as a prestigious company car and rival to BMW and Mercedes than in Germany. In this country, the model had a certain reputation as a craftsman's car and a skilled worker's Mercedes. People tended to forget that a Granada was more advanced in design than a Stroke Eight. Not to mention the monstrous 752-liter trunk of the saloon.
This Granada Coupe was delivered to Skärplinge in Sweden on 11.11.1976 and still has Swedish papers today. Since 1993, every tank of fuel for the Coupe has been meticulously entered in a list, including fuel costs, mileage and range. The list starts at a speedometer reading of 52,000 km and ends in 2013 at 92,253 km. A handwritten list documenting all repairs up to the year 2022 is also enclosed. We also have all Swedish documents and invoices. With us, the Ford receives a German registration before sale.
